Refund Policy

Welcome to Eros Therapy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
Subscription Services:

Eros Therapy offers several subscription-based services, including tips and timeline subscriptions, which involve recurring payments. To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can find your renewal date on the Subscriptions page of your account. To cancel, go to your Subscription settings and select the “Do Not Renew” option. Cancellation of a subscription prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Refunds for Subscriptions:
Full refund after the 3-months subscription if you don’t feel like our program benefitted you and can’t see any improvements.

Technical Issues with Purchases:
If you experience technical issues with completing or receiving your purchase or benefits, please submit a support request with detailed information. This includes screenshots, error codes, and details about the affected products or services. Common issues include duplicate charges, error messages, missing benefits, or service outages. We are committed to resolving technical problems as quickly as possible.

Abuse of Refund Policy:
Abusing the refund policy, including excessive refund requests or attempts to exploit the policy, is strictly prohibited. Such behavior may result in restricted access to our services and potential suspension or termination of your account. To submit a refund request, log into the Erps Therapy Contact Page and use this link. Select the appropriate options from the dropdown menu (e.g., for a subscription refund, choose “Subscriptions” and then “Refund Request”). Follow the instructions to complete your request and provide all necessary information for a prompt review.
